If you got flowers from someone you just met and they left their number with the card, how long would you wait before calling them.

I would have to call him that day or the next day to thank him for the flowers. I definitely would not let 24 hours go by before I sincerely thanked him. However, just because he sends me flowers doesn't mean I'm necessarily interested in him or in dating/ being with him. That would depend on the person. I would still have to get to know him. So even though he's rushing it, I will try not to do the same.

If I liked the guy to start with I would call the same day and say Thank you. But if I didn't like the guy I would have the flowers sent back.

Evidently I'm the geek. I would call the moment I go them to say thank you. OR if I really didn't like the guy- never and the flowers would be on my secretary's desk. But alas- I am married, so flowers are rare.
