Absolutely not!!! Steaks are so much better, particularly the Rib Eye. But the heart isn't in the least appetizing. If you find a girl who thinks it's romantic (good luck), you'd better propose because you won't find another.

Mmmm...goes great with steamed monkey brains....lol...candlelight makes anything romantic...how about carving your initials into the heart before you eat it?

That's a little exotic for most people.If you have access to heart then you can get tournado's I'd go that route
