So should I say something, I know he cares, but I am so shy; and he would never know my feelings or my point of view w/out my input. My friend says a closed mouth doesnt get fed. i rarely call him though, talk or hang out 1nce a week, but think about him every day, 2yrs

Your friend was wrong on that quote. It's closed legs don't get fed, but the fact of the matter is that a person will never know your feelings unless you let them be known. You should speak up, for you have nothing to lose dear....

I would stop the FWB thing here and I would move on....... he is not into you the same way you are into him. If he was.... then in 2yrs he would have said something or made you and him more official by now......... you have had sex together, being shy has nothing to do with it, you have already seen eachother at your most vaulernable state......... NAKED. Sorry to be so blunt, but you asked.

If you knows he cares then you should tell him. You're comfortable enough to sleep with him but not tell him you like him? WTF? If he cares then there is no fear of rejection either. Maybe if you write it down it will help to express your feelings.
