Now for some reason its my responsibility; when I really did try to find the stray cat a home; and now; I have to deal with it;/
What should I do; I can not take her inside?
Should I not give her food anymore?
Is that why she is sticking around?
Any advice?

You are responsible for the cat now that you started having dealings with it.. Definitely do not let the cat go hungry, you took it back, that would be cruel to let an animal go hungry.. If you do not want the cat, the proper thing to do is take the cat the the animal shelter, at least it will have a chance for an adoption and it will have food, if not it will at least be disposed of in a proper and painless fashion.. Do not let the animal suffer, or go hungry, it also sounds like the cat needs medical treatment for anemia, and treatment for fleas, I am a animal lover, the best thing for you to do is please take the cat to the shelter, unless you want it and plan on taking on all the responsibilities for the animal...

I would call the ASPCA on this person who droped that cat back off, that is animal neglect and possibly abuse, you shouls take the cat to a shelter and tell them what happened if you have this persons phone number or address they can possibly press charges or at least get the animal signed over and if she does it again she might be banned from ever owning pets.

Take it to a no kill shelter, even if you can't find a no kill shelter it would be more humane than to just let it go. The cat needs help.

If you don't want to keep her, take her to a no-kill shelter. Tell them what happened, give them the woman's phone number if you have it. Depending on where you live, she could get a heavy fine for animal cruelty and neglect.

I couldn't see an animal starving and not feed it. If you don't want her, take her to a shelter where she will at least get food, water, and shelter and perhaps a home.

you can't just leave her out there - sorry but I am big on animals - call a shelter (animatch if you are in montreal) and bring the cat there.

what an irresponsible owner!!!!!!!!!! to take the cat and then give it back to u? tell her/him that its not your cat and dont want it in your house anymore, and it gives you problems. otherwise, just take it to the animal shelter.

DO NOT give it to a shelter, it may die or not be apoted, do you want the number in shelters to be 7,000,001. NO! Keep it, it was meant for you, if you save her life she may save yours one day.

Keep it ! If it loves you and you give it to a shelter it could die from missing you (really).
