But didn't Jesus come to earth to do away with Law?

Technically speaking, the 'Ten Commandments' were done away when Christ died on the cross for our sins (Hebrews, I presently forget chapter abnd verse). However, 9 of those 10 commandments were reiterated in Christ 'new covenant'. The '10th (about keeping the Sabbath) was authorized before the '10 commandments' were given to Moses, thus it did not have to be 'reauthorized.

They were meant for everyone. When Jesus came, He said to love God and to love one another. The ten commandments still need to be kept, but they can basically be summed up in the two great commandments that Jesus made. They are for everyone.

Christians or whomever follows the Bible.
They aren't only moral laws, the first five are religious laws, i.e, Thou shalt not make graven images, There is only one God, etc. So that should only apply to Christians.
The moral laws are pretty universal, (some of them), and you don't need to be a Christian to even be aware of them. Don't covet your neighbor's wife, property, slaves...etc. The intent was that coveting leads to stealing, adultery, etc, so might as well not covet in the first place.

Yes, the commandments are meant for all who believe.

Jesus said that he did not come to change the law, but to fullfill it (pay the debt of the law) for us.

Jesus said if you love me, you will keep my commandments.

So, yes they are for us. Just remember that the price for breaking one of the commandments was death. Jesus paid that debt for us. We still live by the law, we are no longer bound and enslaved by it. All is allowed, not all is convienient (good) for us.

They are ment for all people. If a non-christian starting obeying the 10 commandments it wouldn't be long before this wouldn't be enough to satisfy them, they would begin seeking God and become a christian. Of course this is just my opinion. God Bless You.

The Ten Commandments were given by God to the Jews.

Christians inherited them through Jesus Christ from our Jewish brothers and sisters.

Christians are commanded by Christ to spread the good news including the Ten Commandments to all nations:

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. (Matthew 28:19-20)

With love in Christ.
