Go in a quiet room alone and think about what's making you angry and try to solve it. Don't break or do anything because you will regret it later believe me. Just try to relax, listen to some relaxing music and pull yourself away from the environment that you are in for a little while. Also, ask God for help. When I'v asked him about things like this, he gave me a peace of mind.

Being angry is not a sin; but use the energy that goes with the anger for a useful purpose.

In case you got angry, you should think, for along time, of something other than what made you angry so that you can control your feelings which otherwise could lead you to actions that you regret later.

Grow, gain extra-human strength, and turn green!!!

Seriously though, handle it in your own way without hurting anyone else is my answer. If I'm so angry i feel violent ill take something that doesn't work, and smash it to get all of that energy out. Sometimes ill beat the hell out of a pillow or hit the ground with a bat or a sledge hammer just to get the negative energy out without hurting anyone.

Find a safe avenue to vent it out. I find that if I can busy my hands the temper/anger subsides. I have cleaned the bathroom, weeded the yard, chopped wood, re-arranged the living room all to relieve my temper.

Also I have noticed that if I go mountain biking or play soccer regularly I have lower 'flare-ups'....I have also noticed too that being in a relationship the feeling of being respected, loved and wanted (with a healthy supply of sex) helps greatly with controlling my temper.

Be angry and sin not! It is not wrong to become angry; however, it is what we do with that anger that can be harmful.

Blow up but don't hurt anyone or damage property. Or make an anger room like the Japanese who use it to let off steam by breaking cheap flimsy furniture.

Go somewhere alone, and Scream your head off, kick a dog, punch a tree.

Then with a smile on your face, start again.
