OK i am over weight and i was qwndering how do i lose weight b4 7th grade and im goin into 6th or october 13

In our media frantic world we have all come to believe that beauty can only be achieved if we look like the most perfect people out there.

True beauty comes from the inside, and I am not just saying this, it is true. Have you ever met a really physically beautiful person who you couldn't keep your eyes off and then they spoke and their attitudes and lack of charm changed them for you and suddenly they were no longer beautiful?

Beauty on the outside is what may initially attract us to each other, and even that is driven by natural human instinct around child bearing and protection, but it is beauty on the inside that keeps people close to us and makes people want to be with us.

My guess is that you are a very sensitive and beautiful person already, just insecure. The question you need to ask yourself is whether or not your weight is healthy and if you really are overweight from a health perspective then find out what you need to do to be healthy not skinny.

Eat healthy 80% of the time.
Drink a pint of water before every meal, it'll make you eat less.
Eat slowly, it takes your stomach 20minutes to realise it is full.
Try to get atleast 1 hour of exercise a day. Choose something you like, and be realistic about it. Build up the work load over time. Also vary your exercise so you dont get bored and give up.
I reccomend a jump rope, because 15 minutes of skipping is = to 30 minutes jogging. ts easy to do. Swimming is good for burning callories too. Another good form of exercise is dancing. So put on your favourite songs and go for it!
If you exercise in the morning it will kickstart your metabolism.
Drink loads of water.

Well you can start by watching what you eat and be sure to eat balanced meals and include your fruits and veggies. If you eat a lot of sweets and junk food you should cut back on those. Drink lots of water and juice and be sure you have a regular exercise program. It doesn't have to be anything extreme, you can lift hand weights, walk, ride a bike, do aerobics, etc. Good luck and be sure to stay positive and take it one day at a time.

eat five meals of no more then 200 Calories each every day and work out for 30 to 60 minutes. I lost about 80 pounds in last three months using this technique

Well, first check you body mass index. You maybe think oyour over weight when your actually just right. Plus your at that age where you want to be skinny and think you arent when you are. Trust me i'm at that age too. but after you check your body mass index (BMI) and it does say your overweight, then either do what everyone here is saying (but not a diet, i think i saw somewhere that if you diet at a young age it can effect you growth or something..)but just eat less (but dont skip meals) and exercise more(but not to a certain extent.)
but just to be sure you can also ask your doctor.
oh and dont go bulemic or anorexic. trust me my friend did and almost died. luckily she got help. and dont do this just because of peer pressure if others are saying your fat when your just fine .=) just ignore them.

honestly, after completing junior school last year you dont need to loose weight. alot of girls in my school think they are fat, but really are just growing. but if you must, just eat a healthy diet and jog everyday. i walk my dog everyday and im really thin. i also eat alot too. just exercise and eating good foods are the only key. stay away from weight lose pills

Run alot. Join a track team. If the coach is good and you're dedicated enough, you will lose at least some weight.

Since you are so young, I would recommend that you talk to your doctor. But excersize, and eat lots of vegestables - avoid dressing on salads. Dont eat anything deep fried. Cut down on bread. Avoid chips and sweets. Drink only water (no cokes). Eat smaller portions.

Starv urself !!! im jus playin !!! well if u want 2 loose weight than u should eat only salads , vegies , and fruits !! and do as much exserzise as possible o yea and drink pleanty of water no soda or juice !!!! it should work good luck !!!!
