White spots could be vitiligo

Red/purple spots could be Port Wine Stains (born with those, though)

Brown spots could just be an increase in the melenin of the skin (something like a BIG freckle)

Neurofibromatosis is a heriditary condition with growths all over the body, dark'cafe-au-lait' spots, bony growths, nodules in the eyes and brain tumours; not all at the same time.
