Even the best hand made pasta get boring after two bites until you have the sauces. So what do you mean by that? I enjoy pasta meals made with good olive oil and pesto and Delicious tomato sauces and seafood and herbs and garlic mmmm washed down with a valpolicella in summer or a barolo in winter. And, I'm still a size 12

yes...penne pasta is the best
with a little butter or olive oil
throw in some cheese and fresh veggies

Yes my favorite tho has to be my salmon garlic pasta. So many varieties shapes sizes, sauces, I love being ITALIAN!!!!!!!!
