hi, im 14, somewhat tall, skinny. i have had very little amount of boyfriends. most my friends are guys but half would rather just be friends and other half couldnt even imagine some one like me asking them out. im not that good looking. but the min reason boys or guys dont like me is because someone spread rumors about me and my brother. can you help me prove them other wise, oh and my brother is in a foster home so how can anyone think those things.

Try focusing on making really good friends. BF's will come and go but this is a time in your life where you can make lifelong friendships. As for the rumors, it's just that a rumor. No one probably believes it, people just get off on spreading it. You know it's not true so don't even care. I could tell you what I'd say to them but yahoo would just delete it.

Romances comes early for some, and late for others. It is individual's destiny that differs from one person to another.
You're only 14, and not 40. No hurry.
There are a lot of desirable guys and gals who remain single at advanced age. But that has nothing to do with rumors.

Hey just be yourself, you shouldn't have to prove anything to anyone. Some nice guy will come your way, that won't listen to the rumors.

let me give you some advice....life isn't all about boyfriends and dates....i'm sixteen and believe it or not i haven't had a boyfriend....not that i'm ugly or anything, to me i know that that doesn't really matter..i have better things in mind...right now, i know that the boys my age are just immature and think about nothing but sex...so, g, just remember, there's more to life than boys...not that you shouldn't bother having one, but just know there's still alot of time ahead.....
