take a cool bath if you have baking soda put it in the water and get in and lay in the tub and it gets the heat out of the body for the sun burn and then take if you can get noxezena and some baby lotion put it on. every time you feel the heat from the sun burn get back in the tub with the baking soda and stay out of the sun for at least a week until you heal. this works for me.

Aloe vera gel !!!!!!!
You can buy it at any store.It is usually green but can be clear.
I had blistered sunburn over my chest and it soothed it,took the heat out of it,and helped keep it from scarring.
LOVE the stuff!

Speaking from experience, there are a few things you can try, Noxema, Vinegar, Aloe Vera these are just a few things I have used try one it might work for you.
