They are insecure of their masculinity, you rejected them and they want to show you that they are a guy who can satisfy your needs, just look them in the eye, motion to him like you want to whisper in his ear, then when his ear is really close shout "Leave me the fu*k alone!!!!!"

Most men have this gigantic ego that can't imagine that you would be stupid enough to reject them. Therefore, their brain tells them that you have failed yourself in not seeing what a great catch he is. So his only, logical, conclusion is that he has to touch you and let you feel for yourself what a stud he is. You know, feel the electricity, see stars, so forth and so on. Men are simple creatures driven by simple needs. Eat, sleep, fight, touch. Well, most men. There are a few exceptions.

First off, sounds like you LOVE the attention. If you don't, you have to tell them before they touch you that you'd "appreciate a response without touching me". That's an adult thing to do. Believe me they'll respcet you for that. But if your one of those women who don't speak up because you don't want to offend them, you either like it or not mature enough to want a decent response.
Try telling them what I suggested. You'll notice the difference.

Because men are stupid and they probly ear rejection. They think if they try to get closer to you, you will say yes and go out with them. but hey men are really imature most the time its good that u dont waste your time on guys like that.

One option is they are jerks . the second is your NO doesn't sound convincing enough and is probably sending out a wrong message via your body language that you are trying to play "hard to get". Try looking them straight in the eye and say "No, I don't want to go out with you. " --- hope it helps

I know it's no excuse, but some men like it when a girl plays hard to get. Still, I agree that they should respect your wish.

it's also instinct to try and grab hold of something they're obviously losing to try and convince you with contact that you want them. Really, it just confirms to you that they're desperate and you're hot and it was gd of you to say no.

may be they think that, when u say no u r not serious and they can easily manage to convince u to go out with them, they might be trying to find out ur weak point.
