do you mean neuter? Yes, if your cat is male, it will stop him spraying and will also stop him wandering off to find a female in season, and getting lost or hurt.
If the cat is female, again yes, as it will stop any kittens coming along, which could end up in rehoming centres. There are hundreds of unwanted cats in rescue centres.
A neutered cat also stops the spread of feline leukhemia and feline HIV.
An uneutered female is at risk of death from a difficult pregnancy or birth, and each time they come into season, it increases the risk of certain cancers associated with the reproductive system.
Neutering is much kinder for them in the long term. Some will say, well wont they miss their 'bits', but if done early, they won't, because they can't miss what they don't have.

If you mean neuter then yes you do, by neutering your cat you are helping by making sure that your cat can not have babies or make another cat pregnant. Thousands of unwanted kittens are taken to places such as Cats Protection and the RSPCA every year because the mother got pregnant and the kittens were not wanted.

Yeah, you probably should (unless you're a breeder who's trying to produce quality kittens for show or to "improve the breed"). This helps keep down the number of cats put to sleep (since more cats can mean more cats in shelters, and not all shelters are "no-kill"). Also, neutered cats tend to be friendlier, won't run off in search of a mate, and male cats won't spray furniture (un-neutered males would do this to mark their territory). If you do decide to neuter your cat, local animal shelters often can do it cheap (or for free depending on your income).

Yes, you need to neuter your cat for several reasons.
One- it will prevent any more unwanted kittens in the world.
Two- it is healthier for the cat
Three- it will make him a calmer cat that is less likely to wander off and get into trouble.
Good luck

Yes. If you don't your tom cat will run away for days on end chasing females. He will also get A LOT of battle scars by getting into many fights. Also when tom cats run off to mate with females, they often forage for food in garbage cans, which really makes them smell bad.

Yes!! There is no need to keep increasing the cat population with even more. Not only that--but assuming that your cat is a boy--it will keep him from whizzing all over in an effort to mark his territory.

it would be nice to but you dont have to if its a girl cat thats your choice if you wantt kittens but if you have a maale cat YES nueter it! unnuetered male cats will not be easy to tame or house break and plus if it ever gets out you wouldnt want it to give another cat kittens..if the owner didnt want them and your cat is responsible than your not in a good spot.

YES!!!!!!!!!! I'm not going to lecture to you about the thousands of unwanted cats/kittens in this country because it seems that a few people have already did that for me.
