know anything about hybrid cars?& usage of dc to dc converters in them?

I want to develop a buck-boost converter to some circuits that can be used in a hybrid car,but I can't find any schems on the web

If you need to find schematics for this I think you are over your head. DC to DC (think parallel circuits) is simple but usually not necessary with proper design.
