She just turned 1 Year old. She always ate Eukanuba for Puppy's but now she eats the Adult 1 year and up. She didnt like to eat it at first but now she eats it and today she vomit every where and she pooped WHILE walking through the house. She didnt even squad. and it is like liquid. Whats wrong with her? Could it be because she ate grass? Should I go back to the Puppy Food. Is it OK to give her the Puppy Food when she is older than 1 year?

Yes, I would say that the new food has upset her stomach. You can continue to feed her the puppy food as long as you do so in moderation to keep her from becoming overweight. Good Luck

I would watch her closely for a few days. When ever you switch from one type of food to another, puppy to adult, or name brand to different name brank I recomment that you do three parts of the old food and one part of the new food and work your way up to a full serving of the new food, that way it isn't such a shock to their digestive system and they handle it better then just an immediate switch. Also if she continues to give loose stool and continues to vomit you might want to have her checked for allergies. Sadly I've noticed more and more dogs are having allergic reactions to the ingrediants in name brand food. My own dogs have an allergie to the corn so we have to avoid any product that contains Corn. Keep her hydrated, don't dicipline her because its not her fault she's sick, and if she doesn't improve in 1-2 days after taking the suggestions then take her to the vet. Watch her stool too, you might want to collect a sample for the vet appointment, just to make sure she isn't discharging anything. I hope everything works out.

Dogs need to eat grass its like our Gas-X. You need to go back to the puppy food then later on ease her back into the older dog food. If this keeps up call your vet.

If this happened just the day after you changed her food, then it is foo related, but if you have been feeding it to her for a few days, then she needs to see the vet..It could be as simple as parasites, but it could be a serious virus or pancreatic malady...You won't be sorry if you call right now..but you might be sorry if you wait..
As, I mentioned..if it began the same day as the new food, then switch back to the original food, and make the change very gradually..No, puppy food won't harm her..it just sometimes causes overweight.

When you change a puppy on to a new food you are supposed to mix a little bit of the new food in with the old and eventually use less old and me new food.

she ate the grass because her stomach is upset and she is trying to sooth it. I would take her to the vet it sounds like a bacteria infection.
