Not necessarily ... I smile at men all the time ... it's just being polite ... and friendly ... I love saying "hello" and "hope you have a great day" to people ... it makes them smile and I feel good about making others smile ... even if it's only for a brief moment ... !
So I wouldn't take every smile that you send out and receive one back too seriously ... if you approach her and she continues the conversation then yes .. she fancies you .. lol ... fancies ... !

Generally, if you smile at a woman and she smiles back, it means that she is being polite, although I'm sure she appreciates being smiled at all the same, as people don't tend to smile at each other as much anymore.
If you believe that you saw an extra vibe or whatever in that smile, then the only way to know for sure is to go and talk to her and get to know her a little bit.

No! I smile back at everyone who smiles and greets me but that doesnt mean that I fancy them. Its totally illogical to think that way. If you smile at a woman, and she kisses you as a reply, then that's the perfect time to assume that she's into you.

Not necessarily. If anyone smiles at me, I smile back. It is just me being friendly. Only a few of them have been guys I would ever consider dating. The real way to find out is to go talk to her. Don't depend on things that could just be friendliness.

No shes just thinking what a great guy you are and you have just made her day, try smiling at 5 strangers everyday, it will make their day and you will also feel good.
Actually dont just smile open a door for someone, pay someones bridge toll in the car behind you, say hi to a stranger in the street. need i go on.........
