Depends.
If you have been friends or boyfriend/girlfriend for a pretty long time, then I would probably be flattered. A lot of people throw around the word "love" and if I know someone long enough and we have never said it to each other before, I would be flattered if she wrote a letter explaining it.
On the other hand, if you barely know the guy, I would be freaked out AND disturbed because there is no way you could possibly love someone if you don't know them. Sure, there is always that "love at first site" thing, but 30 pages of it is overboard. If you barely know the guy, don't freak him out. You probably don't even love him in this case, and are just infatuated (its hard to understand the difference at first). Your best bet would just be talking to him and getting to know him.
So, to sum it up, if you know them pretty well, go ahead, if not, forget it.

Depends on the content of the 30 pages. If it was well thought out and not rantings, I would be flattered. If it went over the same things over n over, I would be disturbed and worried about her mental health. I would never be freaked out, Love makes you do wild things...

you already know what, I surely have the comparable concern as you in a fashion. properly, i think of the guy does like me however 'reason i'm all relating to the adult adult males making the 1st strikes and so far he's made some advances, yet no longer something to question me out yet :] i think of you are able to wait awhile. possibly attempt to speak to him and ask him some basic questions yet do no longer enable on which you like him. Then after some days or so, if he would not make any strikes, you are able to in basic terms ask if he desires to hold close out or something. good success!

30 pages, are you kidding me! That would be a joke because no guy is gonna read 30 pages of anything! I would think that you're crazy.
