I would love to help you create another language. For what purpose would you be creating this language? Several people over the years have created different languages for different purposes. Take for example the language of the Klingons from Star Trek..there are thousands of people who know that language better than they know English. Very sad but very true!
Several languages were spawned from Star Wars, to include, Wookie, Ewokian, and Tatooine among several others.
Would you be wanting to start another country too? We could all move to some uninhabited island in the Pacific where we could all live in a society without war, persecution, or hatred. What a fantastic idea..I wish I had the means to this end.

Have you heard of Esparanto? It's an international language that several people made up. Somewhere between 10,000 and 40 million people already speak it.
It may be less difficult and time consuming to accomplish your goals by learning Esperanto than by making up another language. That of course depends on why you want to create a new language.
