- if it is a girl: should be Melissa (combine the first letter in the name of your husband, and pronounced like your name). At least, it both sounds sweet and meaningful.
- if it is a boy: Alex Michael

Milisha (Muh-lee-shuh) or Michaela (the Michael from his name and the 'a' at then end of your name). Pronounced Mi-kay-luh by the way..
