I'm wondering if your sister is a BzzAgent. It a Word of Mouth advertising company that sends out products for people to try and one of the first campaigns I got was a Hellmann's campaign. I know there was a chocolate cake recipe amongst them and I even made brownies with mayonnaise. Check out the following website and you'll find a ton of recipes. I'm also going to include one of my own that I just made using Hellmann's with Chicken Breasts.
The website is:
http://www.hellmanns.ca
My recipe is called Hellmann's Bubbly Chicken and here is the recipe:
Hellmann’s Bubbly Chicken
3Boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, pounded thin
3 tbsp.Italiano seasoning
2 tbsp.Mrs. Dash Original Blend
2 tbsp.Lemon Pepper seasoning
2 tbsp.Liquid Honey
3 cupsHellmann’s ½ the Fat Dressing
3 cupsSparkling wine (Substitute: white wine)
1 cupFeta cheese, crumbled
1. Pound the chicken breasts thin and place them in a shallow baking dish
2. In a medium sized bowl, combine the Italiano seasoning, Mrs. Dash, Lemon Pepper seasoning, honey, Hellmann’s and sparkling wine. If you do not have sparkling wine available, either a dry white wine or a sparkling non-alcoholic grape juice will work just fine.
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts so that they are mostly covered.
4. Sprinkle the Feta cheese over the top.
5. Cook in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
Enjoy

This is a delicious desert and it serves 12.
INGREDIENTS:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
1 pint heavy cream, whipped
1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, pineapple, and 3 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold whipped cream and marshmallows into the mixture. Add more pineapple juice, if needed, without making it too wet.
Transfer the salad to an attractive serving bowl, smoothing top with a rubber spatula or large spoon. Cover, and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight. Serve chilled.
