This egg I'm cooking.. why won't it firm up???

You should try to turn the heat up a little maybe thats the problem. What i do is first start the pan on high and pour some oil over it. once the oil starts to sizzle a little then put the egg in that should work.

Don't be eating eggs. After seeing your body, you need to consider eating more healthy. Eggs are healthy in moderation.

If that is your real picture, you seriously need to be considering the stress you are putting on your heart.

boiled? how long you cooking it? if youre boiling, try 8-12 minutes. i usually set a timer for 12 and they come out perfect. fried? turn the heat up to about medium but make sure your pans hot. i dont know how youre making it though.

Put your hand firmly on the shaft and slide it back and forth till the pans heat efficiency meets with the source of heat.
