For someone to say that he must be mentally unstable. Anyone who does such a despicable act should be reported to the police straight away. Also, for him to chop off the dogs head he must have had a pretty sharp knife which will more than likely be illegal to own. For your safety and that of others reporting him must be done. Don't let the race thing sway you in any way... anyone who does something like that is a danger to the community.

If this is true and it does take some believing your neighbour is clearly acting illegally and I would have thought it was a criminal act. The police imo should take action on this and charge your neighbour. But nothing the police do these days would surprise me - they seem completely driven by stupid Political Correctness considerations.

it's just wrong, psychotic and cruel 2 animals, ring the rspca and get him done 4 it.
1- religion is not an excuse 4 killing someone else's pet
2- saying a dog's bark was insulting, they're not all there in their head
3- dont forgive him, it's principal and respect

You need to call the cops. He killed your dog. He obviously is a very sick individual. CALL THE POLICE, HE IS NOT RIGHT IN THE HEAD. Studies have shown that people who kill and or torture animals are prone to harm humans as well. CALL THE COPS!
