how do you remove the plastic paneling around the cd player & a/c in a 1997 or newer jeep wrangler?

My 1996 Jeep had the plastic with wood grain that pulled off just before you thought it would break. Be Careful.

Grab hold of the panel with a firm grip right above the ashtray and pull hard, they just use spring-clips to hold the panel on.
