Squats and lunges with handheld weights. and your basic curls and presses and kickbakcs with handheld weights are good too. You can get a chin-up bar pretty cheap and attach it somewhere and do ab workouts and upper body workouts on it.

I use the Billy Blanks Boot Camp workouts. When you order the set it comes with "Billy bands" which are these great resistance bands. (you can probably find it on ebay for cheaper though) It will get your body in AMAZING shape and fast too! You can start with the basic workout and work your way to the ultimate bootcamp workout. they even have an ab bootcamp. I'm kindof a nut when it comes to working out so I do them 6 days a week....but everyone is different do what works for you! Ive been exercising since I was 16 and Im 40 now and seriously my body is in the best shape Ive ever been in. Good luck to you honey!

There are plenty of good non equipment workouts. Push ups are one of the best upper body developers. overhead press with the weights, lunges, crunches, tricep dips on a chair, step ups on a chair, curls with the weights, etc.
Shape magazine has a pretty good 20 minute workout in this months issue. It may even be on their website.

Walking is still be best and cheapest form of exercise. Strap on your tunes and go for it. To find different exercises for doing at home, go to sparkpeople.com. They have lots of different exercises, using simple equipment and even none at all. It shows you how to do it, giving complete instructions. The site is also has great recipes and even groups you can post messages to. There's also exercise pros who can answer your questions and dieticians to help you eat right. Give it a try. It's free and it's cool. <*)))><

Pushups (hands far works your outter pecks, hands in works your inner pecks), Situps or crunches, Leg lifts (lay on back and always keep legs straight, life up perpendicular to floor and go down..but don't touch floor, come about 6 inches and go back up) - this helps stomach and abs, standing up keep hips steady and turn your upper body from left to right as far as you can stretching your sides..helps with the "love handles"..and more if you want some, just ask me. :D
