Well is seems that you are a little underpaid. You should bring a offer to the table next time you are requested. For each kid you should charge a base rate and additonal hourly amount.

i.e. $15 each kid plus whatever is an acceptable hourly rate for yourself.

but if all of these children are brothers and sisters you should offer a group rate.
one more hint--- ALWAYS ASK FOR MORE

Hmmmm yeah, so they robbed you. I see that as total disrepect on their part. They don't care about your services enough to pay you decently for taking good care of their 4 young children.

You should charge what you feel you're worth. I think these days around $5 and hour is fair PLUS an extra dollar for each additional child or something. If this couple goes out for three hours a night and wants you to watch their four kids, I don't see how $8 and hour is expensive ($5 for first child, $3 for the extra kids).

When you book your appointments, explain your fees by saying, "I am paid by the hour. I charge $5 for the first child and $1 for each additional. Will that be ok on your end?"

Good luck.

You need to make your rate clear up front, when you agree to do the job and negotiate with the parents based on the circumstances and what they can afford.

You could ask for $5 an hour or $10 an hour or tell them it's a flat rate of $20 for the night. Depends on what you think is fair and what you think they are willing to pay.

you need to set a price per hour per child. Since most sitters get paid "under the table" it's good for your price to be less then minimum wage (how about $5/hour/kid?). Always ALWAYS discuss your charges before you start the job. Some sitters even asked to be paid ahead of time.

No, there is not any longer a particular reason, he's purely comfortable there. My little guy has continually stayed low in me and that i requested my OB and he stated it become completely familiar for a infant to hit upon a fave spot and stay there a tremendous variety of the time in the course of your being pregnant. Congrats on your little boy :)

i don't think you should charge anything. let the other people decide. you made $25.00 so that's over $5.00 a kid. if you start to charge people they may not want you to babysit so much. if you are responsible you may get ore money. if you give them food wash the dishes and put them away when they are dry. that should help you get more money. try to leave the house the way you found it. hope these things help you.

This question is not even in the correct category, nor is your description coherent. You are lucky you received $25.00.
