No more than looking at a photograph could. A ghost is probably just an image of a past event playing over and over. Spirits are not though and have been known to interact with people, sometimes violently.

i believe it has only every been recorded once that a person was killed directly by a ghost and i believe it was in England. the main reason people die is due to personal heart failure or similar. It is not within the psychic realm to be able to physically harm a living creature, other than the classic being scared to death but we (as humans) are in control of that.. so no. :-)

In real life, no I dont think ghosts can kill people.
They may haunt you or annoy you but I dont feel they have the capacity to harm a living being.

Look in my religion that is the most logical or the only logical one in the whole world and history, there are 2 types of creatures:
Type 1:Humans, animals and plants.
Type 2:Jinies ( not those in the magical kettles )
Those Jinies are creatures of GOD who can see us, but we can't see them. They live and work and everything like our lives,
but what differs is that their life has other rules ( In everything, the common is that they worship GOD like we do ).
They are not scary as a lot of people say, so there are no ghosts ( in the general meaning spread in the world ).
So live your life and be careful, there are no evil spirits.
People who say that are really Really REALLY stupid and lunatic

I don't think that they can. Ghosts are just residual energy left over from the past. They can't kill people, they're already dead.
