do you think that in the future, scinctists are going to invent a way of compressing nutrients from food into a small pill that when it enters your stomach, a catalyst found inside your stomach will be able to "unfold" those nutrients and make them into real food, so that we don't have to eat but just drink a pill?

I think that is a great idea, this will help the world maintain obesity. You can have that pill 2 days a week and eat normal the rest of the week, or you can use that pill to lose weight and/or maintain your weight. I love that idea and if scientist every invented this as long as I still have a choice then I would be the first in line to buy it.

Doubtful. The simple mass of the required nutrients would prevent it from being small enough to compress into a pill. Won't happen.
