when God sees those who are truly covered by Christ's Blood he sees one washed white as snow.

we are perfect through the new birth ( who we really are )accomplish by the shedding of His blood on the Cross and His Resurrection, incorruptible pure Holy accepted in the Beloved totally separated from the old nature of sin . Great News the Best News for a tired soul. And now with that knowledge of who we are we have been asked a reasonable request - to try to keep this body a presentable sacrifice to God not for Salvation that was done for us already but for presenting to the King the proper offerings of obedience.

The Father forgives us through faith in Jesus Christ. He also imputes Jesus' righteousness to us. The Father then sees us as positionally (to use a theological word) perfect - sinless and completely righteous.
Practically, though, we are sinners who are sanctified through our work with the power of the Holy Spirit (Philippians 1:12-13). We work toward the goal of perfection in this life but will only complete it when we are glorified upon our death.

Jesus's blood redeems us, it pays the debt for our sins which would otherwise condem us to death. But it does not make us perfect.
Only Jesus lived a perfect life. All others have sin and thus are imperfect. Otherwise you wouldn't need Jesus.
Interesting question.

God looks at us through the blood and he sees us as perfect because our past lives have been forgiven. This does not make us perfect, yet he does not judge us, that is he does not condemn us. We are his children and he loves us and chastens us as his sons and daughters.

None are perfect as long as we live in a sinful world.... when we are saved we are forgiven.... this does not mean we never sin again.... we should always be repentant when we do things we know are unpleasing to God or in violation of his word..... no dear one we are not perfect... just forgiven...... there is only ONE who is perfect..... and until we are with him.... we will not be

We are not perfect, we are reedeemed by Jesus' blood. God sees a person who was reedeemed. We need to try to imitate Christ in everything we do though. I guess that can bring us a step closer to perfection. But we ourselves are not perfect.

We are saved meaning that God has forgiven out sins. Just because you are saved doesn't mean that you no longer sin. We're simply forgiven. So to answer your question... no we're not perfect, we're humans and all humans are fallible.

Maybe you are perfect, but if you are covered with the blood of some Mexican guy, PLEASE take a shower - that is just nasty. What happened to the mexican anyway? I know some people hate illegals, but don't slash them up and get all bloody. That's just wrong - and GROSS.
