Maxthon, followed closely by Firefox. I heard that Avant browser was not bad. I tried that and found it similar to Maxthon in many way except for some important features such as nice skinning, group save, 1-click proxy selection, open tab next to current and double click to close tab, built in pop up blocker , are only available in Maxthon. I love these great features very much there. Firefox is strong in its plug-in which give infinite possibilities.
