Anyone ever travel International flight wih a Pug?

I always would like to take my dog with me from US to Italy but I am so scared that he will get sick during the flight and also is a short nose dog he can only stay under your seat that is what Delta airlines suggested. Anyone had this problem befor me?

International flights have different rules and regulations than local flights do.
There are fewer airlines that will allow you to carry your pet as take on luggage to be placed under your seat. There is also a weight and size limit on the dog.
The pet carrier will also have very specific rules as to how it is made.
I definatlly would not have him shipped below as cargo.
You need to start way before your planned vist if you plan to take him with you.
There will have to be proof of a recent rabies shot and microchip.
These are some of the requirements for bringing your pet into Italy.
There may be more specific rules due to the fact your pet is a Pug and may have problems breathing.

The best idea is if you want to take him with you is to put him under the seat in front of you. If you like you can put him under the plane with the luggage. They aren't people who are care, they broke a family tree made of glass, that one woman made. What they do is they throw your luggage under the plane. I would take him, and put him in the seat in front of you.
