Chicken Satay (Gai Satay)
Although satay (or sate, satae) is not Thai in origin, in Thai restaurants it is one of America's favorite dishes. Originating in Indonesia, this hawker fare (street food) has been adopted and adapted in many Asian countries. This recipe uses chicken, the most popular type of satay, but you may also use any other type of meat like pork, beef or even tempeh.

Only the best chicken EVER. Try the Thai kind. It's covered in peanut sauce. I could eat a whole plate of it like there's no tomorrow.

But with it the recipe for the peanut sauce which is truly great (made it for 25 years without changing the sauce-recipe)

Verybest baking from Neslte does not list this so I can not tell you. If you mean sautee, means to cook in some sort of liquid first, very slowly drawing flavor into the meat
