"There is a destiny that makes us friends; None goes their way alone; all that we send into the lives of others comes back down into our own."

If you invest trust, loyalty, and joy into a friendship then you get that back from your friend. However, if you send negativity, dishonesty, and treachery into a friendship then your friend will most likely send that back to you. Friendship is based on a mutual agreement to remain honest, but when one person breaks that agreement, then their friend will too.

Yes, the first part is more obvious. It means we reap what we sow...what we give, comes back to us...and I know that when I was in my greatest need; a truly wonderful person appeared in my life...and we have been close friends since that first meeting. It was almost serendipity how we met...and everything I had done in the past to help others seemed to be present in this one person...and she has supported me through everything...something I was not accustomed to...she taught me how to receive graciously...because before meeting her, I did not want anything from anybody...and was quite stubborn about it.

Basically it means what you give is what you get. What goes around comes around. The good are rewarded.
Our mutual destiny is death. None of us can change this final destiny.
Awesome guote.

It's like the whole "give and you will receive" type of a thing. Like, if you give happiness to another person's life, then, in return, that person will bring happiness into your life. See what I'm saying?

The final portion of this quote is simply a "prettier" way to say "What goes around comes around." and "Do onto others as you would have them do onto you." Treat others with respect and kindess and you in exchange will be treated with the same.
