Buy a 100 watt step down voltage converter, converts 220 to 110v.
They wont be 110 if bought in country where it is 220v and moved to canada

110 is standard for US North America including Canada.
If you have an major appliance and/or computer, before you plug in the power, look on the back near where the power cord attaches to the unit. There may be a small dial to choose your country's standard power

You can not... you need to get 110 vac units.

get a converter, or buy a new micro, they are pretty cheap these days ya know.
