The way to treat every student fairly is to offer every student an education by having the broadest possible curriculum. Allow the student and the parent to decide what's in the best interest of the child.

Should every student be treated fairly. Of course. The operative word here is fairly.

If there is full opportunity for a child to develop his/skills in the classroom, there should be the same amount of resources spent to treat other students who may gravitate toward the humanities and the arts, while others may need special attention due to some learning dysfunction, etc...

All children are important.

teachers who are really there for the kids, would all attest to the fact that no two children are wired the same. they all have different learning styles, aptitudes and abilities.
what works for some or most, likely will not work for all....the teachers need to recognise this as much as possible, and adapt tot he teaching styles and methods which will serve the child's needs to learn along with the others.
some people are visual learners. some tactile. some verbal. and so on.
good teachers will incorporate all these approaches during the lessons, and provide visual and tactile (if possible) examples, tp display and pass around to the kids while discussing it. connect with everyone.
i know that can't always happen...but in an ideal world.....
A.) all kids could learn the easiest way possible
and
B.) teachers would have more opportunities for one on one.

those things don't look like they'll be happening anytime too soon.

Yes there should be distinctions among students, but for the most part you should try to keep it level. Look out for those special ones that need more than you can give them yourself. Students are people and are therefore individuals who have unique personalities. So, what works for one might not work for the other.

YES. Some people need more structure, some need less. Some learn better than others. Singling out what an individual student needs is the best thing a teacher could accomplish!

there should be no distinction neither on behalf of teacher nor admin. if there should be any difference in treatment then it should be for the people with learning disabilities or kids who have trouble learning! otherwise everyone should be treated equal

There is nothing as unequal as the equal treatment of unequals. We all march to a different drummer and so need different things. Different strokes for different folks. There is nothing fair about treating everyone the same.
