Trader Joes makes an awesome jelly with real blueberries in it, goes great on waffles, I'm sure It would be good on toast too.

I also like to put a little bit of butter on my toast and dip it in the yolk of over easy eggs!!

Homemade wild plum jelly.

In my part of the world there is a native variety of plum called the Chickasaw plum that bears fruit in the middle of summer. It is a sort of family tradition to harvest a few gallons of these beauties each year and make wild plum jelly.

It is a beautiful rosy pink color and is *very* tasty.
