Well, let's see...
'Faith' takes the place of evidence.
'Belief' takes the place of knowledge.
Logic, reason and critical thought are alien concepts.
Wilful ignorance, gullibility and delusion take the place of intellect.
Does that just about cover it?

They don't like evolution, and don't know anything about it. All it takes is one hillbilly preacher on TV saying evolution is the devil, and they go with it. Many don't even know what evolution is. They get their information from uneducated fundi's, and naturally it is wrong. They believe what they are told. That is what religion is. Just like when the burned people for saying the earth is round, and not the center of the solar system. They are slow, and will come around to admitting evolution is true, and then it will be some other fact they dispute. Eventually there will be nothing of the original religion left.

Well, a lot of evolutionists have said that 1st there was an ape, then some type of link(s), then humans.
So the question we (as Christians) ask in return is "if the "link(s)" is supposedly the more "fit" one to live w/ these times (as opposed to apes), why is it that there is no such thing as a link nowadays, yet the ape -- being the more incapable one -- is still around? Wouldn't it be something like 'survival of the fittest?'"

The only thing one can do is answer questions honestly and hope some of our experience and education can rub off on the zealots.
Seeing trite Christian answers smacked down so repeatedly ought to convince at least a few Christians that they are on the wrong track.

You made this statement: "now go home and cry about your apparent lack of intelligence due to ignorance"
It's not possible to analyze something "apparent" about oneself. Apparent is outside-in, not inside-out like you.
A lack of intelligence is not due to ignorance, they have separate causes. lack of intelligence is usally a condition you are born with. Ingnorance is self inflicted.
Unintelligent people often try to cover this up by using big words like "apparent" and faulty causal statements linked by "due to".
Ignorant people make statements with no rational basis.
Sounds like you should be the one crying.

Many people that ask and answer with ignorance are trying to rile others or shock you with their sayings. Others are simply set in the way they see the world and are not open to suggestions to teach them the truth about matters. And others are just so dang stupid they really believe that the things they believe as truth-really is.

This is not a matter of IQ's. And besides, people did TOO evolve from apes! Where have you been for the last century and a half?

Ignorance is not a crime. Most people are here because they want answers to questions they can't answer themselves. If we all knew it all we won't be here; we would be talking to ourselves on some desolate mountain. Blessed are the ignorant...they make great friends.

Luckily, I'm not a religious zealot.
My IQ is 176.
And, by the looks of it, the idiots need to be here most so we can teach them.
