Try some caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic, and it will shrink your stomach. But it will also start to dehydrate you a bit. Make sure you drink your water, but do so in small amounts more frequently so as to not stretch your stomach. You can also callorie count, to find out what foods are low in fuel but take up lots of room in your stomach. Foods with lots of fiber often take up lots of space, and sometimes don't have many calories.

Phentermine! I have a huge appetite and this really helped. But you should see a doctor before using. I've lost 50 lbs and 10 inch's. Its not for everyone.

I add something on to my plate that I know is good for me, but I dont really relish. I eat everything else slowly and savour the flavours and that last, and half way through it, I feel full. eg okra
