Tell me where you think is the best place to raise three young kids. I live in an area that is safe and nice but the average home price is $600k. I need someplace a little less expensive

A little town in Illinois is always good! You can buy a home for 30-80 thousand

Boise, Idaho. Perfect combination of city and small town. Lots of Cali transplants, so you don't feel out of place. Average home price under 200K.

Here in Missouri $600,000 would get you a pretty nice mansion! Move here, it's pretty nice :) The average 4 bed 3 bath house here would be around $180,000--and that's brand new from the builder!
