Don't do it. Reds will make you look terrible. I know because I've seen ash-shaded women doing their hair red. If I were you, I'd just go light ash blonde. Just enhance what you have. If you wear muted pastel clothes, your skin will look better.

Of course, go for it! I have very pale skin too, but my hair is a deep red colour. I found that a good, bright red (not orange, mind you) brings out the natural tint in my skintone and gives my face more colour. As well, it brought out the blue in my eyes even more because red is a complimentary colour to blue. So do it! Besides, if it doesn't work out, you can always dye it back. Don't be afraid to experiment. After all, if God didn't want us to change hair colour, why did he invent hairdyes? *wink*

I have the same skin/eye color and original hair color. I dyed my hair an auburn color in march and it looked awesome!!! It really did, it brings out your eyes alot and makes you look tan!! I then after 4 months had full head highlights put in so now I have auburn/brown/blonde hightlights - and I get so many compliments!! If you are unsure use the 30 Rosewood Dark Auburn Brown Clariol 28 shampoo wash out color. I did that first before doing it permantely.
This is the link to the color:

Well, I'm brunette with a pale complextion. I dye my hair all kinds of shades of red. If you do a reddish blonde, or put strawberry highlights in, it would look really good on you. My friend is ash blonde with red highlights and she is REALLY pale. It looks really good on her. If I could just get her to change her hairstyle.

If your a true blond....STAY AWAY FROM DEEP RED!!!
it will only make your hair look pink. I suggest that you go for a strawberry blonde but if you insist, I would suggest darkening your hair to a brunette tone reds hold better to DARKER hair.

You can go red as long as you choose one with a cool undertone. You want to stay away from the coppery or orange reds and go more toward a burgandy or mahogany - but not too dark.

It would look pretty natural. Just look at Lily Cole. She's a supermodel :P.
But it seems like your blonde hair is working for you just fine so I would suggest not changing it.

i think you could pull off as a red head but dont go all out and decide for it to be like and bright orange head leave those to the natural red heads
