Nothing 'decent' and new for £200, especially not with discs and suspension. You'd be really disappointed with whatever you got as it'd fall apart (or rust) on your first trip off road. If I were you I'd either sae a little more or get friendly with your local bike shop and see if they'll do you a deal on a decent second hand one. There's some great bargains around (as second hand bikes don't hold their value well) but you need to make sure the bike hasn't been badly crashed or is stolen...
Enjoy the riding!

To be honest, you cant get a 'decent' mountain bike with disc brakes and full suspension for £200. However, think about whether you really need rear suspension, as the bike will weigh a ton with it, unless its an expensive set-up. If you have a look on ebay then you might find something, but if you want new then Halfords Carrera range is actually pretty good, or the bottom of the range Specialized or Giant.

Please excuse my ignorance on the exchange rate. You know another dumb American. But...For a decent full suspension MTB w/discs you will need to spend at least $800. KHS, GIANT, SPECIALIZED all make great bikes in this price range with good components. Start with a good stable platform(frame and shock) you can always upgrade the components later. Good luck.

Get a Raliegh M40 mountain bike, they're decent priced (~300$USD) and can come with disc brakes
