allright this is what u do.
Step 1.) Drink Vodka (preferably polish vodka like Kapitanska)
Step 2.) light the lighter and keep it lit for a while
Step 3.) Once the lighter is hot enough release the button and place the top of it on your flesh and hold.
Step 4.) Smile!
