I had a tubal a couple of months ago and from what my doctor's tell me, a reversal is possible, just very tricky. The difficulty in reversing the procedure depends on how it was done. If your tubes were closed using clips, it may be easier. If they were severed and then cauterized (like mine) reversal is much more difficult. Even after reversal, it may be extremely difficult to conceive. Also, most health insurance does NOT cover reversal of this procedure.
I would suggest talking to your doctor or surgeon.

hi. I have six children also, and my very last 2, twins, were born after I had my tubes tied. i stumbled on out rather a lot 3 years after the tubal that i become pregnant back. My Dr. stated that a being pregnant after a tubal occurs about once in each and every 500. no longer particularly as uncommon as i idea it must be. From what I understand, the Dr. did not mess my tubal up, yet they could come undone, or there ought to correctly be a pin hollow someplace also. Mine, become nevertheless intact, so as that they stated they don't seem particular. i think that my twins were purely meant to be.

you would have to have a reversal and then go on meds to increase your fertility. It isn't 100%, but my friend's sister in law had a reversal and went on the meds and then went on to have a beautiful baby girl. It wasn't cheap, though, most insurances do not cover that. good luck!

A skilled surgeon may be able to reestablish the connection of your tubes. Frequently they are both tied and a segment taken out.

You can try to get the operation reversed, but it may not be successful. In which case, you can try egg donations. I think you need to discuss your options with your doctor.

If your tubes were tied, you can have them untied. If your tubes were cut, the surgery is trickier. Talk to a surgeon.
