for Judaism, I'd have to say the ethical structure related to being a "mensch" - in other words, doing good deeds for the right reasons. the "worst" gift to mankings w/regards to Judaism, I'd say is the restrictions placed on women and diet for the Orthodox.
Islam, I don't know a lot about, but from what I do know, the best gift to mankind are the rules regarding charity and treatment of guests in your home. The worst is the intolerance of infidels, and the treatment of women by the fundamentalists.
(and for the record, I am not Christian, Jewish or Islamic - but I was raised Jewish. I am a Pagan, following an eclectic path that looks like Wicca to many.)

The best from Judaism has to be the providing of Jesus Christ to the world. The worst? Hmmm. Can't think of anything specific to THEM, that other humans haven't done as well.
The best from Islam? Possibly the fact that they were a reservoir of knowledge during the Dark Ages. Algebra (although some would claim that to be the worst!) is, I believe, their invention.
The worst is easy. Terrorists. Head-lopping, bomb building, murder oriented fanatics.

Kabbalah is a factor of Judaism. There are some communities (and traditionally the Jewish custom) replaced into that one in hassle-free terms studied Kabbalah AFTER one had already studied the Torah and the Talmud and likewise had a kin (to offer one greater grounding in "this" international.) even nevertheless, the Chasidim began the practice of reading the Kabbalah in spite of one's modern wisdom point; this has been greater or much less accompanied for the time of communities. yet...that's caveat emptor in reading Kabbalah. that's historical, it has traditionally been secret, it somewhat is been problematic to get...the result's that there are a number of many books and classes that declare to be Kabbalah which at the instant are not Kabbalah in any respect. and human beings purchase them because of the fact they decide on "Kabbalah." and those procuring it don't be conscious of what Kabbalah is meant to be, so as that they don't be conscious of they're being misled. and people who DO be conscious of Kabbalah in all probability at the instant are not procuring those amazon books, or procuring strings or going to the class on the Y. solid success. you additionally can discover instruction under the heading of Chassidus.
