for Judaism, I'd have to say the ethical structure related to being a "mensch" - in other words, doing good deeds for the right reasons. the "worst" gift to mankings w/regards to Judaism, I'd say is the restrictions placed on women and diet for the Orthodox.

Islam, I don't know a lot about, but from what I do know, the best gift to mankind are the rules regarding charity and treatment of guests in your home. The worst is the intolerance of infidels, and the treatment of women by the fundamentalists.

(and for the record, I am not Christian, Jewish or Islamic - but I was raised Jewish. I am a Pagan, following an eclectic path that looks like Wicca to many.)

The best from Judaism has to be the providing of Jesus Christ to the world. The worst? Hmmm. Can't think of anything specific to THEM, that other humans haven't done as well.

The best from Islam? Possibly the fact that they were a reservoir of knowledge during the Dark Ages. Algebra (although some would claim that to be the worst!) is, I believe, their invention.

The worst is easy. Terrorists. Head-lopping, bomb building, murder oriented fanatics.
