like race, it is not a persons choice what colour hair they are naturally given so i dont understand why people get away with making gingers feel inferior and as i f they are not welcome on this planet (im not ginger myself i have a ginger friend who was forced to die his hair black as he was being bullied)

Maybe those people have some insecurities of their own so they are trying to make it seem like people with red hair are a target for teasing.......... I personally don't see why you would even tease someone with redhair. It's really not that funny to me.???? I mean where is the humor, I kinda missed the punch line!! LOL I think redheads have a unique color to their hair but it's what God intended and I still don't get the humor in it. Someone share, what's funny about being a redhead??? Sounds like people need to get a life!!

I warn you you'll be flamed for this....I wouldn't go so far as to compare it with racism, but I completely get your point. I'm ginger and was bullied all through school - still occassionally now and I'm 23! It's really sad your friend felt he had to dye his hair - after all, it's the bullies who have the problem, not him. Best to just ignore them, or throw back some choice remarks about stereotypical blondes (if it's appropriate obviously). Once you get older you'll meet more people who think ginger hair is exotic and attractive - there are quite a few fetish websites out there! - and generally people grow out of being stupid enough t6o even care.

It is sad that this world has come to this, but it seems that it will only get worse. People don't want to look what is in the inside that makes a person. They think that looks will make you popular. I can't say this for all, but most think this. I am sure the world will not get any better and hate will still grow. War will still come and people will still die... Its life...

i total agree redheads shold not be bullied cause of there hair i mean red is a uniqe hair color we have the least amount of red heads in the world then anyother color i have a friend who is a red head and she gets bullied too i personally love that hair color and its sad your friend had to die his hair but people will eventually finds out he is a red head like if he has a kid there is a chance it will have red hair or that it will have red tones

Because redheads aren't a race. People of many different races are redheads, even including some black folks. It might be considered prejudiced, but not racist.
