Is that your opinion or knowledge of their beliefs? I see the word hypocrit is now used in place of different or 'not conforming to my way of thinking'.

Many years ago, a colorful evangelist of another generation said that sitting in a church didn't make you a Christian—any more than sitting in a garage made you an automobile! There is a lot of truth in that.
You see, it's accepted or even popular in some places to go to church. But what often happens is that a person only goes through the motions, and never allows God to touch his or her heart. And when that happens, God isn't touching their lives either, and they go on living as if He didn't exist. The Bible warns, "As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead" (James 2:26). In other words, being a Christian outwardly doesn't necessarily mean a person is a Christian inwardly, and has committed his or her life fully to Christ.
Never forget: Our faith is to be in Christ and what He has done for us, not in other people. People are imperfect and will fail us; Christ never will. Only God knows the hearts of those you see around you—but what about you? Is your faith in Him? Don't let the bad example of some keep you from Christ.
In addition, I hope you will pray for those you meet who aren't living the way they should. Ask Him also to help you confront them with their hypocrisy, as He opens the door. They need a living faith, and God can use you to draw them to Himself.

Hey, Ms. Nancy G. have you ever thought about how rude you are? How loud you are? Everyone is capable of failure and saying there something they are not. I am a christian and I am not offended by what you said because in order to cast blame on someone else you have to make sure you are not doing that yourself.
It sounds like you have had a lot of problems with christians. May I ask what religion are you? If you have had a lot of problems with born again believers than you should pray for them, not talk about them. How are you making the situation better? You are not, you are making it worse and to generalize a matter to make one fit all, it's not smart. Its pretty low. What you need to do sweetie, is to look deep inside yourself if you feel a hole there, you need to feel it up with love cause you are being harsh and mean. Don't you know everything that you do to others, God is looking at you. We are his children, everyone whether they are saved or not. God looks at us all the same. You were lost oneday and someone prayed for you and someone thought to themselves I am going to pray for this person today. You can't go around calling people that it only will cause more drama. When you are calling saints that then what you are really doing is calling God a hypocrite and I don't think you really want to do that. See what we do to others we are really doing it to God. You need to be mindful of that, that's why I am not upset with you, you only wanted to get your point across and mostly everyone that post on here does the same, but please word it right.
May God bless and grow you and succeed you in your every endeavor. Please, think about things before you say them, cause an angel of God is writing down everything we say and do. You don't want your good to be evil spoken of do you?

A Christian is no more hypocritical than the rest of the world. And being Christian all of a sudden does not make you hypocritical.
And you need to learn how to spell.

The ones that are, are so because they have to justify everything with a book that was written over 2000 years ago by people who didn't even know half of what we do today. Painted into a corner of sorts.

Why are you so illiterate?
Not all of us are. And if you think about it, anyone else can be a hypocrite. Not just Christians.
