if you eat a cup of food every two hours and only 8 grams of saturated fat a day, and walk 3 miles each day you would lose it within two weeks, assuming your sticking to your diet and doing stomach crunches at your computer desk and you flail your arms around when you walk like the new mommies do, you also have to have sex twice a day and not the lazy sex but the active wear me out sex and you have to dance to music when you listen to it....don't forget to do butt crunches in your car when you drive. no AC either, in the house or the car.

I assume you mean 8 grams of fat a day, and a cup of trailmix every hour. You would more than likely get sick and lose weight. I imagine you would also feel quite crampy for awhile.

Try this, eat only vegetables for dinner for a week. Do not use butter.

Or drink a bottle of Cherry Malox a day for a week

8 grams of fat every hour is too much. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Trail mix is SO fattening. You'd gain weight on that diet, no joke. 1/4 cup of trail mix is almost 200 calories. So you'd be eating 800 calories in just trail mix an hour. You'd be huge.

That is a joke right?God I hope so.You'll lose about oooohhh nothing and suffer from some pretty nasty side affects like scurvy and maybe Beri Beri and rickets,maybe some vitamin deficiencies that i didn't list.Scurvy could make you lose weight when your teeth fall out.

Do you mean for 24 hours a day- um I think you'd gain weight doing that, I don't know. Is that all your eating is trail mix? I mean that doesn't sound too healthy.

even if you do this for only 8 hours of the day, you will not lose weight. 8 x8 g of fat is 64g, more than the recommended amount for female weight loss.

how about a healthy diet with lots of fruits, veggies, lean protein and high fiber cereal and whole grains. that would be a much better choice than trail mix.
