Get Azureus. Google it. It's free.
Then get the "Torrent_search" widget from Yahoo and look up any movie, album or computer game you fancy... try www.thepiratebay.org.
Oh, you'll need the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to run Azureus, you can get it from the Sun Microsystems website, I believe. Read up on the documentation for everything I mentioned.
