Given today Islam is automatically associated with terrorism, this feels like a bit of a loaded question. Islam is the only answer right now, but all the religions have sects which have resorted to terrorism. Unfortunately, the most vocal Islamic leaders have taken a literal reading of their religion which makes members feel like they are part of the one true, superior faith which is being oppressed by others - and so terrorism is okay to restore their rightful place in the world.

Religion did not inspire anyone to terrorism. Religion has been behind many wars and battles, but not terrorism.

Religious beliefs are based against such acts against humanity. Only a distorted vision from a maniac with an outlook on life that would turn your stomach leads to a terroristic act. These people believe in nothing and no one.

You have set your question so narrow as to only get the answer you are looking for. Unfortunately, you forget that Islam was started by a son of Abraham! Judaism was the tree that the branches of Christianity and Islam sprang from!

if you're trying to illicit the response you're looking for by trying to get people not to mention the Crusades, you won't get it from me.

in my opinion, no religion is excluded from the history of killing people who don't believe as they do. "Faith" has inspired many many many deaths, which is why I don't subscribe to any of them.
