It's going to depend on where you live. Remember, rice and corn are gluten free, so you can eat as much rice and rice cakes, and corn products as you wish (as long as there aren't added wheat proteins in the products).

You should be able to get gluten free breads at any independent bakery, or frozen from any health food store. So go shopping, and see what they have. You're likely going to have to pay more for gluten free bread instead of regular wheat bread, but worth it if you can have a normal sandwich for lunch.

If you live in an area with a Wild Oats health food grocery store or an Atkins store, they will be able to point out gluten free-products.
