I used to love Blue Mondays in my early drinking years, and Tom Collins too, but stay away from heavy sugared drinks as that's the source of hangovers. And don't let your friends pour straight alcohol down your throat either! How about a Bailey's with Grand Marnier shooter. You'll be hooked on Bailey's for life.
Blue Monday
1 measure blue curacao
1 measure Drambuie
1 measure Tequila
lemonade
ice
In a cocktail shaker add ice, tequila, drambuie and curacao. Shake
and strain into a highball glass. Top up with lemonade
Cheers!!

Have something small to start out with like a beer, wine or a mixed drink, make sure to have plenty of other liquids and food. A couple hours after a first drink a second drink will be ok but you really don't want to over do it on your first time. Make sure to get plenty of other liquids and food it is really the most important part of drinking anything.

Go slow with it and try various brand beer(s) and discover what you have a hidden taste for. Enjoy the first time "buzz" but try not to overdo to excess to where you pass or blank out; the same would apply to hard liquers and wine as well.
Any form of alcoholic drinking should be done in mature moderation; the idea is to loosen up just enough to have fun--not go out of control. Too much use is abuse---and for God's sakes, keep a sober friend handy to drive you wherever you need to go.

Agreed with the Smirnoff Ice ... Don't go too hard on the first go 'round. There won't be any tolerance so you will get drunk very fast. Light cocktails will be fine. I can't really recommend any because I like my drinks very strong and can't remember the last time I had a light drink. haha.

A beer because it is an acquired taste and should stop you drinking too much the first time.Alco Pops taste too sweet and are far too easy to drink, they are high in alcohol and can make you really drunk quite easily - god I wish they had Alco Pops when I was young !lol

everyone has their limits when drinking alcohol / depends on their tolerance. Make sure you have something to eat first otherwise you would just feel the effects quicker. I'd recommend you drink shots. Beer would take forever to get drunk etc

Baileys is a good starter drink but it needs to be cold with lots of ice in it. Don't try and get drunk on it because you will just be sick.
Have fun. I would say try cocktails as they taste so nice but they are leathal and probably wouldn't be a good first time experience.

If you are going to a bar then I would say if they medori... I would get a medori sour... Medori is mostly sugar and very weak... you will not get drunk. If they don't have Medori, then I have always been a fan of raspberry Vodka lemonade
If you are going to a party I would stick with the Liquor Sodas.
Also always remember:
Liquor before beer in the clear...
Beer before liquor never been sicker!

NOT hard alcohol. Try drinking a beer or two... if it really is your first time it won't take much to get you drunk.

I would recommend Smirnoff Ice (any flavor is good), any type of wine coolers and if you prefer a drink that is mixed, I would try a drink called Sex on the Beach. It's pretty good and not too much liquer in it......
